Pultrusion resin

ALITA 7016 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin primarily made from phthalic anhydride. It has a moderate viscosity and high reactivity. ALITA 7016 resin exhibits excellent wetting properties, high reactivity, fast curing, and superior thermal strength. Products made from this resin are resistant to high temperatures, have a high heat deflection temperature, excellent mechanical properties, good toughness, high modulus, and high hardness. It is suitable for high-speed extrusion processes.

ALITA 901-1 is an epoxy vinyl ester resin designed for fast pultrusion. It has moderate viscosity and high reactivity, which can greatly increase the pultrusion line speed, improve the surface gloss of the product, reduce shrinkage, and reduce internal microphase cracks in the product. The pultruded products have both corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and electrical properties. The FRP core material obtained by pultrusion with ALITA 901-1 has high heat-resistant bending and strength. A core material circle with 50 times the diameter of the FRP core material can be unbroken for 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 100 ° C, which can reduce the defect rate of high-end core materials to a minimum. It is especially suitable for fast pultrusion of optical cable reinforcement cores with diameters from 0.5 mm to 4 mm.

ALITA 262 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin based on phthalic anhydride as the main raw material. It has low viscosity and medium reactivity. ALITA 262 resin has good rigidity and is not easily deformed, making it suitable for the extrusion and drawing of products such as fishing rods, tent poles, and grilles.

ALITA 239 resin is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin made mainly from isophthalic acid, with medium viscosity, high reactivity, and excellent colorability. ALITA 239 resin products have high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, low sensitivity to fracture, and thus have a high fatigue life. Its product surface has excellent heat resistance and is suitable for pultrusion molding processes.

ALITA 210 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin made mainly from phthalic anhydride, with low viscosity and medium reactivity. ALITA 210 resin has the characteristics of low viscosity, good wetting, and fast curing. Its fiberglass products have good mechanical strength and high elongation, strong versatility, and are suitable for pultrusion molding to make fiberglass products.

ALITA 228 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin made mainly from phthalic anhydride, with medium viscosity and medium reactivity. ALITA 228 resin has high mechanical strength and toughness, suitable for pultrusion processes to manufacture tent poles, grilles, doors and windows, and other products.
